The Giveaway is organized by ReedFairs Ltd.. Open to individuals aged 16 or older. A valid entry requires:
• (a) Online registration via this form.
• (b) Physical presence and check-in at the FutureVibe Fairs 2026. Multiple entries from the same email address will be disqualified.

2. Selection of Winners

Winners will be selected through a verified random electronic draw on the day of the event. Prizes (reMarkable Paper Pro, Instax Mini 12, Ember Mug 2) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners must provide valid ID to claim their prize.

3. Data Privacy (GDPR)

ReedFairs processes your personal data (Name, Email, Phone, Interests) under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) for the purpose of competition management. Your data is stored securely and encrypted. You have the right to access, rectify, or request erasure of your data at any time via info@ReedFairs.com.

4. Data Transfer & Partners

By checking the "Partner Connection" box, you provide explicit consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a). Only upon this consent, your profile will be shared with participating universities for scholarship and admission updates. We do not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers. Data is shared only with selected educational institutions.

5. Right to Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree to have their first name and likeness (photo/video from the event) used for promotional purposes by ReedFairs on social media and website, unless prohibited by law.
